Cost is the only thing stopping her.
A competitive season runs $1,900–$2,800. Your gift removes that barrier completely — and puts her on the field.
A girl who wants to play a competitive season faces $1,900 or more in costs before she ever touches the field. For families already stretched thin, that's a wall — not a hurdle.
You can tear that wall down. Your gift goes directly to her club fees, gear, or travel. She brings the talent, grit, and heart. You remove the cost.
Every level below puts a girl closer to the field. Pick the one that's right for you — every dollar counts.
Flag football didn’t just change the way I played—it changed the trajectory of my life. It taught me how to lead with confidence, believe in myself, and pursue opportunities I never imagined possible. Every girl deserves that same chance.
The Girls Flag Football Foundation is just getting started. Every member of our Board has personally invested in this mission — now we're inviting our friends, families, colleagues, and community to help build it with us.
$25 a month keeps girls on the field year-round. The Huddle is our monthly giving circle — a community of donors who believe consistent support is how you build a real program, not just a one-time moment.
Flag football is heading to the 2028 LA Olympics. Your brand belongs at the center of that movement, in Northern California, right now. This is not a donation — it’s a partnership with measurable visibility and community impact.
Girls' flag football is one of the fastest-growing youth sports in Northern California — and one of the most underfunded. While the NFL and USA Football have invested heavily in growing the game, the financial infrastructure to support individual athletes lagged years behind.
The Girls Flag Football Foundation was founded in 2026 by Silicon Valley executives who believe every girl deserves the opportunity to experience the confidence, leadership, teamwork, and life skills that athletics can provide — regardless of her family's financial circumstances.
We are headquartered in Campbell, Northern California, and serve athletes from Fresno County north to the Oregon border.
We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit governed by a volunteer board of directors. Every dollar raised goes toward direct athlete assistance, operating costs, or building the infrastructure that sustains this work long-term.
Silicon Valley executives, legal experts, and sports insiders united by one belief: every girl deserves the chance to play.

All funds go directly to clubs, vendors, or tournament organizers. Athletes never handle a reimbursement — we do it for them.
You provide everything an athlete needs to suit up from day one — head to toe. We purchase gear directly or reimburse the club, using bulk-pricing partnerships with equipment suppliers.
Your gift covers partial or full club registration fees, tiered by household income. No athlete is turned away for partial eligibility — even a 25% scholarship changes the math for a family.
Away tournaments are where athletes develop, get seen, and compete at the highest level. You make sure no girl misses a tournament because of her zip code.
The pipeline of women coaches in flag football is thin — not because women don't want to coach, but because certification costs money. Your gift sponsors girls and young women to earn USA Football coaching credentials. No income test required: expanding the pipeline of women coaches is a standalone charitable purpose.
Annual merit-and-need scholarships for graduating seniors who played flag football and are pursuing higher education. You help build the pipeline from youth flag to college programs.
We track and publish these metrics annually. 100% of every dollar goes to the players.

First names only. Real stories, real barriers, real outcomes.
Our first annual impact report will be published in December 2026. It will include athlete outcomes, financial summary, program metrics, and Year 2 plans.
You get real brand visibility, employee pride, and community impact you can measure. We get the resources to put more girls on the field. That's a deal worth making.
Your logo on player SWAG, tournament banners, social content, and athlete stories reaching NorCal families and sports communities across the region. We measure impressions and report them to you.
Sponsoring girls' leadership and access to sport is one of the most resonant things a brand can do for its team culture. Your employees see your name where it matters: on the field, backing the next generation of women athletes.
Together, we’re removing financial barriers, creating opportunities, and giving more girls the chance to discover their confidence, build lifelong friendships, and see what they’re capable of. When you invest in girls, you’re investing in a stronger community — one athlete, one team, and one opportunity at a time.

Check eligibility first, then apply. The whole process takes about 10 minutes. You never handle a reimbursement — funds go directly to your club or gear vendor.
GFFF trains and certifies girls and women across NorCal to become qualified, confident flag football coaches — growing our own coaching pipeline, closing the gap in female representation on the sideline, and giving athletes coaches who understand their experience firsthand. The program is four progressive tiers: stop after Tier 1 and you're fully qualified to lead a team, or continue through Tier 4 toward advanced and competitive coaching roles.
Partnering with GFFF connects your club, team, or league to shared resources, media support, and financial assistance — at no cost to you.

Every Girl Deserves the Chance to Play.
Girls' flag football is creating new opportunities for young women to compete, build confidence, develop leadership skills, form lasting friendships, and discover what they are capable of.
But participating isn't free. Registration fees, uniforms, equipment, tournament expenses, protective gear, and other costs can make the sport inaccessible for some athletes and families.
The Girls Flag Football Foundation exists to help remove those barriers. We connect financial resources and equipment with girls and programs that need them — helping make sure more athletes have the opportunity to get on the field.
The Girls Flag Football Foundation is just getting started. Each member of our Board has personally invested in this mission, and now we're inviting our friends, families, colleagues, and communities to help build it with us.
Everyone who gives during our inaugural Founding Donor Campaign will be recognized as part of the first community of supporters who helped launch GFFF.

A girl shouldn't lose the opportunity to play because her family can't afford the cost. Together, we can help more girls compete, grow, lead, and belong. Become part of the first community helping make that possible.
